Türk oyun sektörünün en deneyimli geliştiricilerini bir araya getiren SuperGears Games, yeni nesil çok oyunculu mobil yarış oyunları üretmek vizyonuyla kurulmuş bir oyun stüdyosudur.

Racing Kingdom çatı markamız altında mobil yarış kategorisinde farklı alt türleri geliştirmeye hazırlanıyoruz, bunlar arasında drag, drift, off-road, rally ve combat racing var.

Racing Kingdom oyunlarının yapım ekibine katılmak üzere, oyun geliştirme tutkusuna sahip nitelikli “Senior Game Developer” takım arkadaşları arıyoruz.

Gereksinimler:

  • Unity oyun motorunda en az 4 yıl tecrübeli
  • Çok iyi derece C# programlama bilgisi
  • Yazılım mimarisi, OOP ve design patterns konularında bilgili
  • Profesyonel düzeyde mobil oyun geliştirme ve yayınlama tecrübesi olan
  • Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun (Bilgisayar / Yazılım Mühendisliği)
  • İstanbul Gayrettepe’deki oyun stüdyomuzda tam zamanlı olarak çalışabilecek

    Senior/Mid Game Designer

    Bringing together the most experienced developers of the Turkish game industry, SuperGears Games is a game studio established with the vision of producing the highest quality racing games on mobile.

    We are looking for qualified “Senior/Mid Game Designer” teammates with a passion for game development to take part in the production of “Racing Kingdom“, a multiplayer mobile racing game with next generation graphics.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ambition for creating games that reach massive audiences
    • Passion for games, especially casual and midcore mobile games
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; able to work effectively in data-driven environment
    • Multiplayer game development experience
    • Online operation of a live game experience
    • Experience with UI design and implementation
    • Experience with Figma a plus
    • 3-5 years experience as a game designer

     

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Drive the full cycle of game development from research, development, launch, and live ops
    • Design, implement, and iterate on gameplay through rapid prototyping and feedback cycles
    • Design and implement meta game and economy systems; validate results with analytics tools
    • Polish moment-to-moment gameplay experiences with great attention to detail
    • Fast iteration during live operation based on data and user feedback

      • İyi derecede 3D Studio Max, Maya veya Blender gibi bir 3d modelleme programı kullanabilen (High Poly & Low Poly Baking Texturing)
      • İyi derecede Substance Painter kullanabilen
      • İyi derecede Photoshop kullanabilen
      • İstanbul Gayrettepe’deki oyun stüdyomuzda tam zamanlı olarak çalışabilecek
      • Erkek adaylar için en az 2 yıl askerlik zorunluluğu olmayan

       

      Bonus:

      • Unity tecrübesi olan
      • Zbrush veya Mudbox kullanabilen
      • Substance Designer kullanabilen
